Parcel2go have a delivery service for this. You buy and send to a US address and they forward it on

Parcel2Go is the UK's biggest and best comparison site for businesses and single senders.

to be honest Dave, I'm a little concerned about the "Homeland" crew and our customs sticking their collective noses into a box full of coil packs and thinking the worst!!

Bill did offer to ship but he needs numbers....and with the minimum fee from our Royal Mail (USPS use them here) it could cost a small fortune.....

I'll get some more info and see where it goes....

Thanks for the offers Aaron & Andrew....I may take you up on the offer...

Jamo, I did even realise that parcel 2 go did this....

Mike: You should do a test run with an order of five coils directly to you from Bill and then another one from Bill through parcels2go or THATGUY (etc) to you. See how each works in terms of cost, time, hassle, etc. Then choose the best method and organize the GB.

I don't even know how it became a group buy!!!....

but that is good advice....I've sent a message to Bill about 50 packs...lets see if he replies!!....if he is un-easy about 50 I'll go with the trial 5 off and see what happens...

I know the UK mail charge a flat fee for anything received into the UK...money for old rope if you ask me....the easiet £45/$75/60 euros they will ever make....I think it is shipment/value dependant but that was the starting point for a few sets of injectors I brought for a couple of forum users....and knowing the old taxman wherever you live, he will want his cut to....

                thats better.....

That is why GBs are set up, to share the pain of taxes, duties and shipping costs, many of which have a minimum that can be best shared over a number of participants, instead of just one. BTDT.

I got as far as buying a pedal from Bill and deciding that I could be done. At the time, there were enough in the system that it wasn't an immediate concern/need. Still in the box, in the garage.
