    European breakdown cover

As all S2's are now at least 15 what does everyone do for European breakdown cover?

Most policy's have an exclusion for cars manufactured over 16 years ago so the only real options I've found are classic car specialists like this lot but would rather go with a well known reliable company.

    Does anyone have any recomendations?

I use them for my Scirocco, £103 fully comp on classic policy inc Euro cover for breakdown also. It's very good and reliable, I had to use it once when I went to Nurburgring...

You have to ask them if your vehicle qualifies for classic policy though, VW's have to be 20+ years old to qualify, but BMW's only need to be 10+ years old!?!?!

Another option is Chris Knott: http://www.chrisknott.co.uk/ which my Audi is insured with. No matter what car you have you can add Euro breakdown cover for £87 ish.

    Hope this helps.
