thaught rather than drive the A4 15 miles un taxed i would MOT it and Tax it,
took it for an MOT, on the way there i was gonna wash him, didnt get round to it as time was against me....... (this is why he broke down, i know, i know

blew a water pipe off making sure a noisey Cupra R didnt do me off a roundabout trying to beat me and cut in, he didnt and it was all good.
5 miles or so later he seemed a bit flat, but the plugs i run dont like not being abused so i selected 3rd and off we went, once i was in the sweet zone for EGT i thaught it would be ok as usual,
but no, was worse.
checked the other gauges, water temp was 120degrees C.............. theres yer problem right there yungin`
pulled over and noticed the top hose had blown off, i will not repeat what i said, but it wasnt pleasant!
so stranded between Maldon and Wickford i was screwed!!!
i heard a car coming, Police......... hmmmm no MOT/tax and Sorn............ oh dear!
anyway, what a cracking bloke, gave me some water and off i limped to the MOT station all seemed fine.
well he passed
obviousley i paid me £15 and left for home with a smile
temps were ok, but i heard a screechy/grind when braking, been stood for months its just **** on the disks as usual.
2 miles from home i get picked on by a late hatchback impreza, i was like FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
so i thaught he`s ok now, 2nd gear off a roundabout, scooby goes for the overtake and foot gets planted, bye bye scooby and he pulls in behind so i slowed for the next roundabout and noticed temp was 110degrees........
parked up, brakes are metal to metal, engines missing and using water, also smokes like a steam engine
not a good day, not going to ADi and ive had enough for no if im honest,
will be stripping the car over the next month, will carry on eventually but not for now.
will pull the engine out and send it off to JP for my stage 1 plan
wish id washed the car now, this wouldnt have happened
