    Just thought I would give myself a chuckle....

    did the reg,model etc came back a whopping £455!!

    then did an RS2 and that was £3985 !!

    They are having a bubbly baff...

          105 quid for my 1990 70K mile G60 Corrado and the same for my totally original 1988 MK II 16V Golf on 110K. Think I'd keep hold of for them for now

          And my 1990 S2, yep, 105 quid.

              Their business model relies on getting new, generic stuff through quickly. They pretty much apply a straight line depreciation from the original value, which ignores any collectors/cult value.

                  Exactly. I know someone who sold a 1 year old Hyundai i30 to them and got more than any dealers were offering part ex.
