they paid out fairly so wasnt to bad, i collected the car this morning but havent had the chance to check the car over. but sadly it will not be going back on the road as it would cost way more than what would be sensible

Jchn: If you aren't going to use the cash payout to fix it, consider selling the car whole, as-is, before breaking it to pieces and selling the pieces. Someone here might want to take a project on, either as a street car or maybe as a track car.
