info on coupe bumper lower grills

Bought a coupe bumper off ebay, the type with the two slots in the lower textured plastic splitter. Wasnt in bad nick, and came with fog lights and indicators. Couldnt see on pictures but it was missing the lower grills. Been into audi parts and the grill comes in two pieces, the larger piece is on backorder, the smaller-obsolete. Does anyone know of any other sources? Also are they the same grills on, s2, cabriolet etc?

Coupe bumper has his own grills. It fit just from Coupe, no S2. If you can't find one, you can make your own grill from 2 Audi 80/90 grills.

So all lower grills for coupe the same, doesn't matter if lower splitter has slots in or not. What about the earlier 5cyl coupes, are they same?

You're thinking earlier Coupes the B2 Coupes? No they are completely different.

sounds like a V6/S2 bumper to me, the normal coupe ones don't have the two vents in the lower plastic bit

I think it would be easier if you will post a picture of the bumper.
I just bought the grills for an S2 bumper brand new from the shop. So not obsolete.

How many pieces do the grills come in? I was told two, but that piece shown on eBay advert doesnt have a curved end to fit either corner of grill slot on my bumper?

I paid around 80 euro for all 3. OEM parts.
