I've been doing more than my usual hifi upgrades of late - it's a great time to buy .... not so good to sell - no 'luxury' cash around ... no guessing at what these might finish at.
Of all the Hi Fi components the speakers seem to be the component that incurs the most damage due to generally being moved from a to b and the drive units usually takes a hammering over the years, therefore they have a tendency to lose a great deal of there value - unless they are Yamaha NS 1000's I've been dreaming about owning a pair of these for many years - If they started up production of these speakers again would probably retail at 3-4 K ...one day, one day!
What other components do you have in your system Rikko CD or Vinyl source? amplification? I picked up a Nakamichi PA-5 amp....Nothing like Naim amps - moving to the opposite end of the tonal spectrum.
