This thread really is making me think about swapping my mk3 golf tdi for an avant.

its worth thinking about, they make brilliant hacks and can fit loads in the back if an avant.

My ex-gf drove this one for years, laser-red avant tdi with a/c, S2-Bumpers and Headlights, bigger injectors and chip, egr-delete, Seats and brakes from a 95 V6, Bilstein Dampers, hartmann rims, full respray and so son.
quick enough and very reliable

she sold them for a opel corsa

I ve good bilsteins on a v6 coupe I may break

1.9 TDI
About +/- 200 HP
VNT-20 Turbo
Intake from 130 PD 1.9 TDI
Exhaust manifold from 1.6 MK2 golf
11mm fuel Pump,
2.5 TDI AEL nozzles,
60mm straight exhaust pipe,
S2 clutch,
Custom Gearbox, with 1;2 gears from 2.8 30V, and 3;4;5 from TDI diesel gearbox.
Totally Custom Chip.

Hi Mate,

Loving the sound of your power gain, is there much pipework required to get the PD130 inlet in? does the inlet make that much of a difference?

When you say MK2 Gold 1.6 Manifold, I presume you mean the 1.6TDi?

Interior is wrong too- black leather, not sure what from and b3 door cards with naff cloth, as I suppose it was a b3 initially?

ive recently bought a 1.9tdi saloon with intentions of keeping it as a daily but due to needing almost every suspension component on the front it'll be getting used untill the tax runs out lol so come on tdi owners.. whats worth taking off for selling and what sort of prices are things worth. wings and flywheel are spoken for
