    What's she worth....

For those that now my UR have you got any idea what it might be worth, not pub figures but true value..

I now values are as much to do with what people want to spend but if you narrowed it down with a bit of reality, does anyone have any figures..

It's for insurance purposes and don't want to apply pub talk figures more what you think it would change hands for.

    Ta - Darren.

I think in insurance terms you have to value it at what I would cost you to replace it rather than what you would or could sell it for

For insurance purpose are all the mods listed or is it insured as a stick ur ?

Valuation I would say in the region of 18-20 k but I said this about Angus car and some people seem to think they are in the same league as a s2 witch they are no in my opinion.

20v UR is getting on for 20k plus 10k mods to get it to your spec. Resale for a 10v with your mods may be 15-20k depending on buyer.

I don't think so, as the car is unique. You couldn't just go out and buy a direct replacement as you could with most other cars. I think you hav to factor in the value of a similar condition stock car (£12k at a guess?) and then what I would cost you to get it to where it is now, another £10k maybe more? Alternatively make sure your modifications are covered like-for-like as Sky do with theirs, then you just have to arrive at a value of the car if it was standard I guess
Its a tough call but don't forget they will NEVER pay out more than you tell them its worth

              Perrsonally I think 20K, specifically 23K. Minimum of 18.

I am a bit biased though For someone with a free quantity of money it's a relatively cheap toy for what it is.

I think it's all about how and to what standard the mods are done. In you case high and very well.

The car looks standard, I think that is worth something too.

Definitely 20k anyway I'd think. Kind of hard to work out though. The ppc feature could be good for showing how "supercar like the thing is" but also could make it look like a budget car. Does somebody on here not do valuations for insurance?
