i boughet navi from ebay germany , but i thought i lost the card code in the big cartoon , but i email the saler and he told me his fault he forget to include it and he will send me it , and today i send him mail and he said this sentence , so what he wants to say? he need 30 min to find it or what?

The advertisement on eBay clear says that the code will be included. He can obtain the code from Audi but only if he is the registered owner of the car.
