Must admit,. it's nice not to have a to-do list now. Don't miss that in the slightest.

Nothing wants doing on the RS4.
      The A4 needs a wash
Guess they call it something different there

Shaft connecting the gearbox to the diff

What do you call it there?

*Googled - Prop shaft I guess?

My coupe tried to go off on its own for a wander (I live on a hill) without me the other day ! Thank god for my eagle eyed neighbour

Yes, my handbrake is on my 'to do' list
.........and my headlining, clutch, bodywork, tyres, alignment.....etc,etc.....
For what this cost me so far I could have bought an S2

Always leave it in gear, even if i'm not on a hill. Last time I managed to drive it without handbrake and didn't even notice! That's how rubbish they are! Only noticed cause everytime I set off, it stuck for a second.

Am i the only one with a fully functional handbrake? I can lock my rear wheels at 60mp/h without problem? All 4 of my S2,s have had great handbreaks. As long as you always use them they work fine.

Mine is great 2 clicks on and it holds with no issues. Has got new cables though,I can sometimes be the calliper getting seized as I found at my recent mot on the brake rollers

Even after mine was off the road for 12 months having a full rebuild I still need to:

-Fit new main radiator (started leaking after the build)
                                -Get a new exhaust made.
-Finish off setting the suspension / geometry
-Fit new PAS pipes (seem to have gone porous)
-Fit new PAS res (leaking from the seam at the bottom)
-Fit the correct headlamp glass (non projector glass fitted)
                                -Fit new rear Audi badge
-Generally clean up the body work
-Fit new carpet (hacked apart by the previous owner)
-Fix water leak from rear lights
-Get the sunroof working (need to find out how to set the position)

                                Not much to do then...

Funnily enough after fitting the 8OE rear brake upgrade to mine the handbrake is great locks on 2 clicks and 3 on a steep hill.
