well rugby from 10-13 yrs old, then boxing from 13 to 18 and MMA/K1 for about 10 yrs on and off after that

What a ****, hopefully he'll have learnt his lesson. Would bump up secuirty though as he might be tempted to come back when you're not around.

If you've reported him to the police first then that's always going to count in your favour. So I wouldn't worry too much about getting done yourself.

Sound like you had quite a close call there Sean, I sometimes get abit nervous when I'm up at my unit as there are a few other mechanics that have small units near mine and people come to the door of mine asking where so and so is but at the same time I can see their eyes wondering around my unit...

video cameras are worth every penny

my mums house in newcastle, my brother keeps his mk3 escort zetec turbo.....

he had to put cameras in as they stand on top of the vans looking for scrap, use the height to jump over and nick the "scrap"
the last time was a 350bhp steel bottom end big valve head motor, 2 new genuine ford wings, GRS intercooler and stainless exhaust and a ducato 2.9 engine and gearbox complete and an RS Turbo LSD gearbox!!!
so about £8000 worth of **** in total

and an engine crane that was on hire to fit the Zetec turbo motor that was complete with GT30, fabb`d inlet and injectors etc!

Speedy hire raped his **** when he said it had been stolen, having to pay for the engine crane too adding insult to injury

Yeah quite a good amount of security at that place.

Not good tho, was surprised that day the police/wombles came around straight away after those (i think) travellers that managed to get in.
