Just found an 80 tdi (avant) breaking for spares.
This may have been asked a hundred times before
just wondering whats
bolt on to the S2?.
Im guessing electrical stuff are the same (wipers, elec. windows, heater, etc). What
about body panels? Think i read here that we need the "cabrio" front wings and bonnet
and that standard 80's are different.. (not 100%). Im guessing the majority of parts are a straight swop. (apart from engine, drivetrain and brakes, etc)
But for a couple of hundred quid it should be worth stripping what i want and scrapping the rest?
