Just had this rebuilt by Owens, any idea what its going on?

The engine revs to 13000 rpm and last ime on the dyno made 500 bhp at the rubber with 25psi boost pressure. Before the turbo rebuild and upgrade there was virtualy no lag, just progressive power till around 5500rpm then a gentle pull to 7 and then all hell let loose with around 25psi. Lots of fun
