Bought V6 Bumper on Ebay Seller not Responding!!!

Does anyone possibly know who ebay user Smartsales_1 is? As currently as it stands he has £195.99 of my money and is not responding to my messages!!

I was slow paying due to paypal problems, but I let him know, and he opened a 'unpaid item' case in which I then made the payment by a Bank transfer to avoid waiting for the paypal issues to be sorted, now he is not replying to any messages at all!!!

In all my years of using ebay this is the first time someone seems to want to rip me off

Oddly, i also have an issue with this seller. I won a cabriolet interior over the weekend. On his ad it states collection is welcome. I messaged him to arrange this however he replied today stating collection would not be an option as it is in his secure yard in swindon. I again replied this is not a problem i would still be able to collect. His response was advising me that collation was still not an option and wanted £79.99 delivery.

Currently opening an ebay dispute and withholding payment until settled.

I'd send him a link to this thread and explain to him that his Ebay dealings are being scrutinized by a large audience...he has rather a lot of items still for sale, therefore it may be detrimental to his target audience VW/Audi and he basically needs to get his **** together and resolve the matter.

looks like he has relisted the interior i won. There is also a v6 cab front bumper on there however he does state on the above link he has more than one for sale

I had this recently, seller with a porsche bumper, I missed the end of the auction so emailed saying can I pay the starting bid and come collect it from enfield.

Seller replied back saying he wanted 4x the starting bid for it and has not relisted it even though he'd relisted it once before and I wasn't sure at the time I liked the style.

I'm watching it to see if it does get relisted as its a lot closer than one for the same price in the correct colour in preston.

I had a bad experience with this seller. Sold me a PAS pump. Wrong item came, full of ATF and with a cracked housing. Had to open a dispute etc. The guy is a c&nt.
