What is it with people? I get out to my Coupe this morning and notice the bee sting ariel is missing from the roof, I thought perhaps I'd not put it back on when it last went through a car wash. I then noticed my passenger side wing mirror glass was missing, not smashed, missing. Looks like they had a go at the drivers side too but had no success.

Whilst looking up the street for said items I then saw that the wife's Corsa had no mirror glass in it either,again not smashed but missing. Other cars in the usually peaceful street were missing wipers and all sorts.

I'm proper cross, my car might be nearly 20 years old but it's mine, I work hard to keep it going and to not let it get shabby then some **** comes along and does this.

PS Does anyone have the ariel stalk that screws into the base plate for a 94 Coupe they would like to sell me please?

It's about £4.50 ( new) delivered from eBay. I will post up an item no for you. I ordered one and looks OEM . Even comes with two screws for the different fit meant on nav and non nav bases.

Lovely, thanks for that dhali7376, I'll have a look at that tonight. Nearly as bad as whoever did it is the Vauxhall dealer who quoted me £60 notes per side for glass for the Corsa mirrors ...........12 quid each on ebay methinks!!!!

Alloy wheel centre caps have gone missing from around 6 cars from my little estate in the last coupke of weeks, it's a quick raise for the idiots, luckily the s2 centre caps haven't been touched
