HC sale still around??

Has anyone used HC sale for parts? https://www.hcsale.com

I've ordered from them once last year without any issues. I made another large order over two months and haven't heard since I've sent numerous emails and tried to phone through but keep getting an answering service. Looks like I won't be seeing my money they took or the parts I ordered

did you use a credit card ? If so you can claim and get your money back.

Much more chance of getting you money back if something goes wrong if you used a credit card over a debit card.
This is because of section 75 of the consumer credit act which makes the seller and credit card company equally liable, you don't get this with a debit card!

Yes they just had me out of nearly £1000.

I paid via PayPal.

I started to email everyday as my parts had not been shipped for a month.

They did a refund to PayPal and then instantly cancelled the refund.

This made it that I could not do anything with the transaction that was shown for the original purchase.

When I contacted PayPal they said that they could not help me as the transaction was over 45days old.

So then approached my bank and as it was paid via a debit card through PayPal they started the retrieval process.

I had my money back in my account the following day

Thanks for the info everyone, I paid through paypal with a credit card back in April. I contacted my credit company and they're onto it, so hopefully I'll see a refund. Luckily it was for around $300AU as I would be megga pissed if it was for over a $1000. Shame on them for being dodgy, bunch of c**ts.

I've just ordered a "new" engine and head. They've just delivered some lousy refurbs from a place in Poland...
Stupid I payed in advance by transfer . Money gone, the crap is still sitting around.
I really wished I head found this forum earlier, now the warnings come too late.
Is there a black list of vendors? If so, hc-sale should be listed right away.
