Has to have been a kerb or part of the track interacting with the tyre as it's not happened like that before.

T4... pretty certain that's where i did mine the other week. There is a cut on the inside of the tyre just like they were talking about.

The joke in the office today has been that multiple F1 cars reported splinters from an old green Audi 80 in their tyres.
