    Advice about ur quattro head.

I need a head for a ur quattro WR 10v. These are quiet hard to come by so I have heard you can use a KV 10v head. The only differences I can see are one is hydraulic lifters and the other is shimmed. Can I use the KV head with its valves and lifters?

    Any advice appreciated.

    Cheers, Dan.

Why don't you take a KG head? Also mechanic lifters.

You can,With a lot of work, if you weld additional metal to your block to align with part of the head, as it differs in shape slightly.I think the hydrauilc valves differ in length and material/composition.
The KV cam differs to the WR's in terms of profile, and I believe the KV cam is the same as the MB's(Hydraulic valves)
