Your car is a fair bit more mental than mine though 350bhp vs 450+ makes a difference and I'm sure that your AV requirement was a little more than £6k Pace Ward were able to offer trackday insurance at about £90 the day but that did not include the 'ring.

TF at the ring or a ring track day? Two entirely different things, and you'll not find 3rd party cover for the former which i presume if what you were after?

I have previously got UK spec track insurance for TF at the 'ring through CCI but that was back in the heady days of 2007

Track insurance is about £90 a day anyway, so it wasn't really a big draw. Depends on liability though, as trackday insurance is based more on the value insured than anything else IME.

Track insurance is 1st party only, which is easy to get. The problem with TF is 3rd party.

Aye, doesn't exist in the UK really but is part and parcel of most European policies

Yes indeed but we prefer to offer them on limited mileage, second car policies.

I have a fairly long list of mods and have been offered AV, providing the underwriters accept the application, although they have on the previous occasions I've applied.

Having just spoken to our renewals team, your proposed agreed valuation will not be a problem
