You know it's hot when........

I know what you mean, where I work the weather gets up to 45c and over 70% humidity. Standing still casues extreme sweating in places you never thought could sweat.I spent 3 hours in the car today going nowhere, just sitting parked using the air con. I helped justify some of the time by tweaking inlet air temperature compensation maps. Inlet manifold sensor was reading over 70 deg . Was just 30 degrees here. About 10 too many for me. I can't stick the heat. I'm happy working in the wind and rain at 10 degrees or a still dry minus 15. Even 20 degrees is too hot if you have heavy work to do. At least for me. The gearbox I wanted to change is still lying in the corner. I don't know how other people stick it. I become so irritable and angry and fit for nothing.

Lol at the dry coupe comment
I tried working on the car after letting it cool down for three hours and had to give up, every bit i removed was like juggling a hot potato. I just cannot function in this heat, spent most of the evening wondering around the garage like a zombie trying to remember why i went in there. I'm exhausted and accomplished nothing.91CQ20v - Gone to a new home

I'm glad it's not just me. I found beer helps.... I get no less work done and at least I can fall asleep at night after a few.

Fair play for working in those conditions. It must be brutally warm.
