Where in the world are you mailing to? Fairly bored at work, so just looked at UPS. Amazingly, they wont let you mail Master Keys for a car.
Doesn't say anything about oil but they wont ship Gasoline.Comment

Most company's wont ship any liquid that is considered remotely flammable.
