MAF Now NLA

As from the 13/8/13 the mafs on our cars are no longer available from Audi or Bosch this was the last one in the Uk A big thank you to South Hereford Audi for the compliment on my car as only one mechanic and the owner of the dealerships wife has ever seen an S2 and because of that I had a generous discount on the maf. It had been sat on their shelf for the last 5yrs.

Not surprised its NLA, Audi Tradition have probably collected all the remaining stock so they can sell it at twice the price

I believe i still can get the parts from my local dealer since there's not much s-cars
im my country which means plenty of stock still remains.

Get them all and start selling them at 1/3 more than the original price. Still cheaper than audi tradition

It will be interesting to see if Audi Tradition sell the S2 maf cheaper than the Rs2 one as Audi had them priced the same at £231.20 + vat each.

I not so sure it's NLA, part numbers may have changed but it's probably still there. Atleast for the rest of the world, I don't know about UK. Most of the parts that get posted being NLA are still very well available from Germany atleast.

But not from audi perhaps. There are and have been lots of aftermarket parts which most of the times are lower quality. However even that is better than nothing

The trouble is nothing these days is made to the same quality that it was when our cars were built.

The aftermarket parts is crap nowsaday.i just decided not to get the
Aftermarket parts putting on my car since finally you have to pay twice.
You know that most of the aftermarket parts are now manufactured
from Chinese.i was so surprised when i found a lot of hi-technology parts also
being copied by Chinese too even Iphone.
