Cheers Andy, had a look at the SJM one, didnt really help too much earlier so i posted this up

all my water pipes are now mocked up mostly and i think i will use the "turbo coolant return" for the small air bleed off pipe that goes to the headertank on my B5 chassis

and blank off the Water feed core plug for now.......... dont need them right now

if that makes sense

Both Radpipes are sorted

Bottom rad hose to thermostat housing + headertank feed

Top rad hose to AAN water rail

Small thermostat/block outlet following block fed by rear water rail (no Aux pump) going to heater matrix

Rear of block above bellhousing also goes to heater matrix

Turbo water return will go to header tank air bleed fitting

Job done
