The inner CV M10 XZN bolts are 80nm and outer CV hub bolt is 200nm + 90deg IIRC.

Is that S2 specific data Alex? Only I've been putting my rear suspension together properly today and have the Bentley 20V CQ manual open on the relevant pages, the figure's quoted in there are 45 NM for the rear drive-shaft flange bolts and 120 NM + 90 degree's for the rear hub bolt.

Hmm, maybe the front info I have quoted, as I said it was off the top of my head. I know the S2 uses larger flange bolts at the rear, but i think the hub bolt is the same

these are the 6 spline bolts we are talking about right ? so we're saying 45Nm ...?

Yep, just checked, that was front data you quoted Alex. 80 NM is correct for the six M10 drive shaft flange bolts on the rear of S2's and it's 45 NM for the M8 fastenings found on CQ's. 120 NM + 90 degrees is right for the rear hub bolt on both. 200 NM + 90 is for the front hub bolt on both.
