Difference of Audi S2 front bumer

[Remo]

This is the original S2 front bumper (lower grill with 3 ribs)

But what is this? Almost the same bumper but lower grill is different:

Can someone explain the difference?

The 2nd one looks like an S2 bumper as well... Maybe someone cut a little from the bumper to put those grills..

The lower side is modyfied.
