    best budget upgrades

Moderators please move to dross banter drunks.
    Thank you.

    Simple question....

20+yr old car. Forget about turbos and 600hp for a second.

    You have £500 to spend....

    Do you....

    A) ?
    B) ?
    C) ?

Lets pretend its running fine and bodywork is good..

Each to their own and every car is different but what would YOU do with yours?

Me: suspension bushes, any left over towards engine hoses. Just thought of rear brake upgrade and competition front splitter. Not to mention the......... (out of cash)

Provided that there are no screaming issues with the running gear or engine:

        1) Recaros
        2) Short Shift
        3) Remap

No boost leaks, new head gasket, geometry setup somewhere that knows what's what.

Me too have to go with bushes to tighten things up and a full proper alignment which is next on my list, drives something awful where its all been apart.

Looking forward to confidently going round a corner in the wet again.

                            1. Check tyre pressures.

                            2. Change brake fluid in the brake circuit, and also flush through the clutch circuit.

                            3. Tracking.

                            4. Fuel Filter.

                            5. Paper Air Filter.

                            6. New wiper blades.

                            7. Re-Map.

                            8. Out of money........Start saving.
