alloy engine in T5
can somebody confirm the dieselengine in T5 are in alloy, and NOT in cast iron...its the 5 pot 174hp may AXE codin..may some other engine codin too, and does they have commen/ interchangeable parts( head) with 07k engine...

they are alloy but totaly different in every way apart from its audi unit and 5 cylinders. would proberly be cheeper to use the volvo alloy 5 cylinder its been done before , still not easy. your best bet is germany ebay, audi forums thats how i got my block . i can ask if he has any more if you like
