what are the rules regarding promoting a business

Im more than likely going to be taking my car repair business to a new level as i need a change of career. I dont want to break any rules by plugging it.

would it be possible to have a category purely for members who have produced items for our cars as rusty and bambridge have a range of products along countless other threads from error and others

i am aware that this forum has overheads so the revenue from advertising could be compromised from such a category.

i would personal be happy to pay a small fee to have access to such a category

classic Audi site (I think) charges a set amount then you can advertise more stuff
Think I paid £10 but it was a while ago
Ill do adverts for people on my website for a small fee if its Audi related and I ll be putting a forum link on as soon as I get chance to

i thought that due to the people involved this is a personal investment with r&d time along side small batch production being troublesome and expensive,with advertising costs on top it discourages them to develop further products.

we are all fully aware of how hard it is to come across upgrades for our cars so if we were to pay a nominal fee for an easy access database, this will help us as end users and encourage people to develop more products for us.

I've products in development such as competition lip spoiler and various strut braces for different models
Already produce ur type arch kits and have more stuff planned when I can build capital to develop more stuff

I have been running a low level.vag specialist garage for 3 years and have been granted a career break from my dull day job. Basically my mate runs a classic car business and wants me to step in. Its got paint booth and experience so am going to.give it a go
