No one will do a Limited company for £150, not unless they are insane!
Remember as Limited company you need to do:
The Accounts
The Corporation Tax Return (With Accounts in full HMRC ixbrl format) CT600
The Companies House Accounts (Abbrieviated probably)
Your Self Assessment SA100
PAYE - As a director you are an employee - presumably you want to pay yourself a salary as well as dividends
Probably the company paperwork too, minutes for dividends etc
That is ignoring VAT etc etc
£500 is probably okay for a Limited company you run yourself and then give reasonable records to the accountant at the year end and sort your own self assessment, unless you have no other income and the accountant might do it as well
