Urgent Help - Crankshaft seal today???

Any idea where I can get a crank shaft seal to day? It for an AEL/AAT but from memory these are the generic crankshaft seal of choice for any VW/audi based on the 4 pot / 5 pot layout.

Any ideas? Based in Oxford and will travel up to 2 hours to get one if some one has a new one in the shed I could borrow and then replace by post in the week ??

A big thanks to Steve who came to my rescue. In the end it was a little futile as the timing belt tensioner had imploded and taken the locking pin of the back plate so a rather more sedate rebuild is going on.

            Big Thanks thou
