Seems I have a leak around the dip stick pressing into the block, any one else had this and maybe it points to breather pipes that may need looking at ??

Have just removed dipstick tube which just fell out surely there should be an o ring or some sort of seal around base of tube. Ring any bells anyone ? -

Yes there should be a seal at the bottom of the dipstick. You may find it is still in the little boss on the block and not seated correctly. Fit it to the dipstick tube then fit the dipstick tube to the block
