    Fleabay S2?

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Audi-S2-Co...item3ce42462c8

Does the add mean it's not an S2 really but a Quattro Coupe with S2 bits added

Definitely reads like it's an CQ with full ABY running gear, possibly someone has reshelled there S2 after a smash.

One thing can be said, it is a truly shocking advert. His "friend" surely could not have done a worse job of advertising it.

Some real weird cars on at the moment. My old Coupe Quattro is on with a reported 144k miles on the clock for £2300 ha ha. I sold it for £500 about 5yrs ago with over 167k on the clock. It has had new wings and a respray by the look of it but I cannot see him getting anywhere close to asking price.

Then there was a 2.8 V6 CQ in very good condition admittedly that was being bid over £4k ha ha. Cannot find it now. Maybe it sold?

      This has got potential

^ I second that! I've seen ridiculously priced boggo standard coupes. You can pick up an early s2 for similar money!
I suppose they don't sell though... Just owners being dreamers

The red 2.8 went for £4900 I think.
Making me wonder if I should fix mine up.
The red one didn't have lower strips on doors-looked like it had been filled in.
When I asked he said they were there!
              Mines done less miles too

"...anyone who knows about these cars will be able to tell..." Tell what? I love bad car adverts sometimes
