Afternoon Chaps as promised from my other thread heres a few photos of my recent trip away which apart from the alarm/central locking issue my S2 performed extremely well and the air con works so well I had to turn it off on a few occasions as it was too cold in my car!!!lol Hope you like them!

Nice photos. I recognize Cochem and I think Bernkastel-Kues from trips in 1983, 86 and 87. We stayed in Zell and did day trips from there. Lovely area.RS2'd 93 UrS4 5 spd sedan

Yes all fantastic places love Cochem and Bernkastel is so pretty was very hot when I was there 39c, I was a little pissed off it was raining very hard at the Ring

nice pics, we did a trip last year for a couple of days down to the Ring via Spa for the WEC round and it was fantastic, shame the Ring was wet for you!sigpic

Cheers yeah I was gutted as it was chucking it down and I wasn't prepared to risk putting the car around the track but apart from that I loved every day of the holiday so great to get away does cost a lot to do this sort of holiday spent about £2500 for 10 days!!Comment

£1800 was in fuel! Having said that the 103 super unleaded can be fun, expensive but the car loves it and the exhaust crackles and bangs all the time with it in....range increases quite substantially per tank too.

Ha ha yeah although it was nice filling up at Luxembourg at 1.36 euros a litre the rest was spent on Caroline buying shoes and me beer!!!Comment
