Just read on f1today.net that Hamilton has signed for McLaren next season? Has anyone else heard the same? Also Alonso may go to either Mercedes or Lotus and Vettel is definitely off to Ferrari?
Hamilton back to Mclaren?

Pitpass were suggesting it was unfounded and Hamilton was staying on at Mercedes...sigpic

Can't see it happening... i think Rosberg and Hamilton will both stay put, obviously Vettel to Ferrari with Raikkonen until he's off before 2016, Alonso i think to McLaren with Magnussen and Button out of a place unless he finds something in a lower team he's happy with.S2Forum.com AdministratorComment

send him and his vapid personality packing and bring back someone who can inject some life into this utterly flaccid sport..
if you haven't seen "rush" then i strongly advise you buy it now . . this is how i remember the sport before it was strangled with safety concerns and one horse race events.
then again, if you do watch this movie, you might never enjoy formula one on your telly again!

Excellent movie. I do think the safety features are a very good thing though. Have you seen The Killer Years: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00z8v18
Truely shocking. Amazing really that it's been so long since an accident as bad as Bianchi's at the weekend:
This is "Jules Bianchi Crash Suzuka F1 2014" by Luca Galliera on Vimeo, the home for high quality videos and the people who love them.

So keep it as safe as possible I think. The F1 has been quite good this year apart from Mercedes' total domination. At least they have two competitive drivers who are both quick unlike the Vettel/Webber scenario. Bringing back fuel stops would make it more interesting IMO.Comment

Sounds like tosh to me.
Fair enough that McLaren is likely to come good soon, hopefully, but why would Hammy want to relinquish his current seat.
Secondly, Alonso and Lotus, again why would anyone want to go there unless they were only used to starting last on the grid.
As for Button, ok all these guys could drive those cars quicker than I could, but the guy got lucky with Ross Brawn and quite frankly has rested on his laurels since, and
Raikonen (spell check for me there ) should just give the the keys to somebody worthy.
Not trying to start a fight or a row but become tired of listening to various people and pundits/experts etc all banging on about some of these guys just because they supposedly know more about it than we do.
Just an opinion, and no offence intended to anyone here,....or thereComment

Lol!! Button is not lucky that guy has some class about him and when he drove for Ross am guessing you can't remember that memorable race where he started near the back to finish on the podium and the rain was coming down so hard that race stands out for me as he had no chance of getting points never mind ending up where he did total class

Button kicked Hamilton's *** their last year in McLaren together...
Yes had luck with Brawn GP, but these days the machine is the 90% of the race.
Button looks pretty regular, every years.
Much the same as Alonso, but in overall, the Spanish is being the most reliable one along the years and against his team mates

can't see hamilton leaving - I reckon Alonso will go to McLaren but who moves elsewhere is completely un-known! even how many teams will be even on the grid next year..
