B3 won't fit as totally different but the V6 cabriolet lower bumper grills should fit AFAIK. Only difference between S2 front bumper and Cabby bumper is S2 has the headlamp skooshers V6 cabby doesn't otherwise they are same.

I do not know about the grilles being interchangeable or not. Need to ask "KATE" about that. I thought that the V6 bumpers did not have as prominent a lower "chin" & they did not have the air slit at the lower leading edge.
