RS2 manifold won't move the turbo at all !

The stock system Is very good, do you have some kind of cone filter / after market rubbish ?

Stock ABY airbox flows enough for 500hp and does not draw in hot air !

As above, depends what you are going for. I have an RS2 airbox on my RS2 setup and the thing pulls like a beast. Outruns a friend's 2012 RS3 easily .

Stock location is good, no hot air and simple

On a road car having an induction kit mounted low down is a really bad idea or a great way to hydro lock it

As above cone filters on S2's are really daft, the OE airbox set up is very good and I dare say a fair amount of design went into it..

ABY air box's can be had fairly cheaply, RS2 one's are expensive, even a 3B item would be better than a cone.

The sort of manifold you describe sounds like a tubular affair.

The Sport quattro mani sticks the turbo in roughly that area along with the majority of aftermarket manifolds.

i run wagner tubes. tuebo is where box was and filter ios down where aircon pump is roughly. its a big filter so runs from say bottom of manifold down behind ic.

never an issue. lovely cold. air.
