The VRS 1.4 TFSI? I like those in Monte Carlo spec.

I have a polo 1.4 tsi gti as my every day car can't fault it but I do here some drink oil but mines been fine since I bought it new and that dsg box is very quick at changing gears with supercharger at first then turbo taking over it's fun on back roads it cost me £30 a week in petrol for work £130 road tax a year and £500 fully comp insurance so it's not too bad I've had a few vw gti but this is one of my favourites to drive was going to sell it later this year but will wait

I wouldn't touch the older 3.0 tdi a4 Eg b6 ones they suffer with top end wear like the 2.5 did. They are old fafashioned diesel injection and noisy.

Oh, didn't realise that. Is it the camshaft problem, like the PD engines?
