Lighten the UrS4 (C4 chassis), best way to proceed?

Would like to take of few kg of my UrS4 Avant. What is the most heavily parts in the car that is quite easy to remove? The seats came first in my mind(already ordered bucket seats, 10.8kg/each). The floor covers in the lid, and the spare wheel of course. Some small things, like rear window wiper motor, some other interior parts...

In the front I want to save the door cards, electric windows, the whole dash etc. But what about the floor mat, I have heard it makes something like 50-80 kg depending of how wet it is..?

Anyone know of fiberglass bonnet for the UrS4/100? How much does the front wings weight, fiberglass versions would be 2kg/each.

If you are strippin the interior already then you will lose a lot of weight in the windows. its all up high too so it will make a big difference. I believe that you can make side windows out of lexan quite easily, not sure about the windscreen.

Winter floor mat 50 kg and summer something like 20-25?

its just hearsay at the moment, but a colleague of mine here in the states has quietly been working on a solution for this exact topic. I dont want to make any forum announcements about it but PM me and I'll fill you in on what hes got up his sleeve...
