Because I cant afford the real thing!

There are advantages to having kids, reliving your youth.
I have just built this up based on a 4WD chassis... what do you think?

nice but I have tamia sti and it is much more detailed...
I have seen a really detailed B5 RS4 avant (lights, wheels, mirors) couple of years ago in a german internet store.

I've two Carson ones of these tucked away in loft.
                  Kids wreck them.
                  These are adults only.
Some early Tiya stuff is worth big money.
I've traded in a few over the years and made enough to buy real cars.

It is a Carson bodyshell, it's very flimsy compared to some of the Schumacher kit I have. The chassis is based on a tamiya tt01 with carbon lower and upper deck with alloy hop up parts. The original tt01 is pretty poor quality this is very good quality. The chassis comes to 103 quid but you need motor receiver servo and esc. I am a little disappointed with the shell. Having driven it is quick and handles superbly. It's no buggy but it was a bit of fun and came out well.
Do a search on ebay for rally legends shells there are some belters.
As for kids wrecking them my lad is 5 and he has a Schumacher cougar and tamiya Vanessa lunchbox.
He is very good with them I take him on a local cricket pitch and he has learned yo drive it very well. In fact the only one who has crashed recently is me! Doh
