Does anyone know how many URS4 and UrS6 cars were sold in the UK back when they were current?

and also how many were sold in the 'rest of the world' ?

Can't be too many, was thinking of starting a register similar to the one above just so that owners could be contact each other to ask about relevant maintenance information or better still to contribute ideas or comments, photos etc.. No pressure either way. No commercial interest on my part btw or abuse of data, just enthusiasm for the model. No computer skills either, other than excel.

We also need to petition the Forum Mods for a specific C4 section, similar to the other sections in the main headings listings. Just to make it easier to search for C4 stuff on here.


Oh yes, anyone posting about a 'UrS4' or a 'UrS6' on here if they could put either of these two 'word's in the Tilte of the thread, it would make searching easier.

Does anyone know how many URS4 and UrS6 cars were sold in the UK back when they were current? and also how many were sold in the 'rest of the world' ?

IF anybody remembers RSmodels.net, they had the stats for all the S2s, RS2s and UrS4/S6s. On the latter, what I remember was well into the 5000+ range in each of the initial production years, maybe less by 1997. Unfortunately somebody (Audi?) made the RSmodels.net folks take the site down several years ago.

In North America, there is a 1997 UrS6 registry because only Canada got the 1996 and 1997 model year UrS6s and there were only about 70 1997 UrS6s brought into Canada.
