Eric, is that the same as the S2 cast one? Minus the big cut out in the middle of the arm? I already have a pressed one on its way from Trist....

Eric, the one in the link, is it for the drivers side of the car? Also dont suppose you know if it will take the powerflex bushes for the cast arm on an S2? Sorry for the questions... you seem far more knowledgeable on it than me....

I had no idea, and still only guessing but..
Powerflex bushes are the same, cast for cast, pressed for pressed.
I think the B5 used pressed up to 2000, then switched to cast for the last run.

Reason I think this that up to 2000 a left and right upper wishbone are listed (pressed) , but in 2000 a single upper wishbone is listed (cast)

I took a shot and bought a pair for myself anyway. Now I have a cast set lol

Hmmm, Eric... I have just looked on the powerflex website and the Upper arms in cast have the outer bush as PFR3 208 and the inner bushes as PFR3 212 listed for the S2.... the S4 has the arm bushes listed as outer PFR3 208 and inner PFR3 209.

I hope this works for you. If it does, let me know how you get on and I might order a new set of arms and bushes... If i dont find another B4 cast arm first lol....

Yep, although still guessing here, as most of the B5s are pressed and PFR3 209 are the pressed bushes for the S2.

If it fails, I'll just blast them, and plate them and pass them on.

Souonds like a good assumption to work from. Let me know how it goes as I too could be following in your footsteps. If you need any help with measurements for the Poly bushes for the cast arms the PFR3 212 ones then let me know as I have those sat on the side at home.
