    Avant rear brake guards

    Hey guys

Anyone have a pic of which way the brake guards on the rear of the avant fit? I'm not sure if mine are on correctly. I have taken photos of how they were before I removed them but I'm still not sure that was correct as the lips seemed to be keeping them from seating correctly

    Thanks in advance
    Chris

Hmmm this Flickr app hadn't shown the picture like it should when I use a computer... I hope you can see it.

This is how my disc guards are fitted. They were the other way round however didn't seem to fit properly. I'm just not sure which way is correct

Yep that's my pic above. Looks like I need to turn them round so the lip is at the top. When I pulled them off, they were inside out as it were...

Yep that's my pic. Looks like they are upside down then. Need to put the fatter lip at the top. When I pulled them off they were inside out then. The disc sat well within the deep lip.... And they rattled terribly!

Yup they were upside down, if they are close to or contacting the disk you just need to man handle them into shape. I left mine on when i went to the B7 brake setup, just bent them until they fit.
