Yeah, ok thanks man. 034 did refund me eventually which I appreciate. Good to know about Marc. I will be buying a few things from him soon (injectors, vems etc). Did he end up selling his v8 turbo coupe?

I still have it. it is for sale although I haven't marketed it aggressively. $12k USD (needs some work - namely the motor blows oil under boost, it overheats in traffic as it needs some form of auxillary radiator with better airflow when not moving). mostly I just have a lot less time to play with my toys these days.

I`m busy experiencing the same sort of shoddy service from 034 at the moment..

Was browsing their site on the 23rd October and saw a special they were running on Free Shipping for orders over $500 to international customers using DHL. Great I thought, its a good $200 saving for me as freight is normally expensive to South Africa and DHL are efficient so I will receive it soon. Pay them, they only dispatched the goods on the 29 October USING USPS!!! Now I was able to track it until the 30th of October where it was leaving the US and in transit to South Africa, But have not been able to track it since.. its now the 8Th of November.
I have sent 3 emails, a FB Message and tried communicating via their live chat facility on their website but no reply. Quite annoyed that they sent it via USPS and not DHL, our postal service is run by our corrupt government so the chances of me getting it are now quite slim.. Starting to stress about it as it was quite a large order. Seriously doubt I`ll use them again.

If you need to order something from 034, order it through Marc at EFI express. He will make sure the dropped shipped order is correct, and if it isn't he will make sure it is corrected, properly.

I do this even though I am in the same state as 034. Marc is a great person. It throws a few bucks his way and I don't have to pay sales tax. He has helped me out with a few things over the years.

Couldn't agree more.

034 is basically my vendor of last resort after myriad issues similar in nature & scale over the years. When I have to buy their products, I buy from an authorized vendor who understands that quality customer service = repeat business (and referrals).

Worst consumer experience I've ever had; many times over. Only benefit is they have what you need in one place or it's the only place... I've been slighted with nearly every purchase from them, and my tally easily exceeds $6k. Frustrated and insulted too many times :-/.
