Audi Tradition - unable to register

Is it just me or is Audi tradition website a pain to order from

Im desperately trying to order a throttle hose p/n 034133649C for my S2 Aby and go to register only for site to say my email login isnt validated....

when i attempt to validate the email it hangs up...

and when i try to resend validation link it doesnt recognise my email address

i had same issue...
try using email form different provider, in my case it works....

So many posts about Audi Tradition website - to be honest Audi incompetence is embarrassing!!?? Am sure someone will correct me but if you have the part number you can order through main dealer but tell them it's got to go through Audi Tradition?? That's how I ordered my subframe last year

Ive tried ordering through an Audi and VW dealer and both told me they were no longer authorised to order me one........i never mentioned audi tradition to them tho, but might be worth a try....or maybe a friendly Seat/skoda dealership might assist

Wouldn't let me log in last few times I've been on the site recently. Only managed to get on by finding the email I originally received a couple of years ago and clicking the link, amazingly it worked.

Tried to get hold of someone at fos to vent my spleen at but nobody wanted to listen. Even though we had Audi vip tickets.
