Shame you are doing this like that, like I said I told you before buying that there was a crack inside. I never pushed you to buy it. Now that you find it to big the crack you wanna shame my name...
Like I said other people asked me for example pictures of the manifold crack and I also given them. -
I am not expert, but this looks a bit more significant than a minor crack. I personally think you should take it back, as you claim you had other buyers for the turbo. There is no loss to you.
In my opinion you are also being a little dishonest, as you had other pictures of the turbo, so you knowingly sold a product with a defect that was far more severe.
I would also have thought that as a seller its in your own interest to keep your reputation in tact on this forum.Comment

An honest seller would have posted the pictures above to start with...
Another disappointing thread where someone can't be bothered to provide a transparent description of their parts that results in buyer grief.
Anyone who plans to rip people off, please go elsewhere the admins and mods are sick of this rubbish
as are members who want to trade for genuinely listed items without the fear of being f..ked about with.

Jiri, you've got to be kidding. That's not a crack, it's much bigger.
Stuff has to be fit for purpose, and priced accordingly either way.
Your reputation is toast, especially as you won't refund or reverse the transaction, when the issue is highlighted by the purchaser.
An idea for the future, maybe people on here, especially sellers, should be able to earn positive ratings to allow others to 'know' who they are dealing with, same idea as e-bay.
You're not making yourself very welcome on this forum.

What option did you give me? Part of the contract to sell is made up of your description:Shame you are doing this like that, like I said I told you before buying that there was a crack inside. I never pushed you to buy it. Now that you find it to big the crack you wanna shame my name...
Like I said other people asked me for example pictures of the manifold crack and I also given them.
I stupidly took you for your word.
I contacted you to resolve the problem and you refused to acknowledge that you had miss sold it. I said I could create a thread to see if everyone else thought the turbo was usable and that is what I have done.
You might have been screwed over when you bought it but you should have taken it up with the seller, you can't just pass the buck.Comment

Is the pictured turbo the one for 650€?Comment

I can voice my opinion on here, as if anyone chooses to go back and search,
I was screwed here for £600 for a set of Big reds from a Spanish member that never turned up. I hope his " brakes" failed on him.... IMO.
Just a shame that there are a few pricks who still want to spoil it for members/cause grief to moderators....
Colesy... Hope PayPal sort this out swiftly and satisfactorily.Comment

Now I wouldn't necessarily think you were stupid. I would say you were duped.
We are a small Forum here all with the same goal/hobby of the interest in our I5's, maintaining/modding them, and trying to keep them going. I'm still a naive believer of someone saying his word is his bond... A bit of trust etc...because if you can't have that then you have no chance of doing anything.
Hope this is again sorted satisfactorilyComment

Doesn't look ideal...
Highlights that it's a good idea for all of us to ask for clear pictures of what we're buying but that still requires the seller to take honest pictures.
When selling something, I try to take as many pictures of what is on offer, as while it will put some off, it means that people tend not to be disappointed but not always.
I hope that this is sorted out and that sense prevails.Cheers'en, AndyC
