track experience in UK

I'll go to London beginning of next year and was thinking to take part from a track experience. Can you suggest some tracks around London to do it? I looked the cost is around 100-200 pound for a short run. Can anyone comment how is it and is it worth trying?

Have a look at Palmer auto sport in Bedford it's about 1hr out of London depending on traffic

Thruxton, did a Porsche experience day paid for by the other half. Excellent circuit and instruction. One of the fastest circuits in the UK.

Bedford Autodrome is a good one and Silverstone one to tick off the bucket list but more expensive.
