Doesn't deserve the title I think, looks good for it's age and there'll be more life left in it than most 10 year old corsas', Puegeots etc...........anyone disagree?

The writer in that article is harsh! Get a 2.6 around 3.5k rpm and there is an instant bam impressive leap forward in acceleration and these V6's spool up/rev quicker due to their design and the reason why Audi originally dropped the 5 cyl,and thats despite my love for 5 cylinder Audis. Very underrated cars are the 80's with a good ABC 2.6 under the bonnet which incidentally are very reliable units. I suspect Audi were conservative when quoting 0-60 times.Mines the manual estate version and i love it despite me having a perfect running S6 manual saloon which is an awesome machine too just different.
