I bought this supercharger a few years back now & its either the inlet part or the outlet part that has a chip took out when my mates G60 Edition 1 was hit by a lorry the engine is fine luckily which i bought as well but the supercharger has this chip.
Is there anyway of repairing it or is it shag**d? i will get a picture as soon as i can.
Generally I repair most g60 chargers unless the scroll is smashed to pieces. As most of the the bits that are damaged generally can get welded and remachined or get removed during the porting process.
its nothing internal 100% on that,my mates just informed me he's been called out to work tonight but he's coming up to mine tomorrow & picking the charger up then we're off to take my Legnum to to GR Performance try to find out what the problem with that is.
Ok i remembered i had a picture somewhere on this thing where was another question! So sfter searching and searching on this picture filled computer & boom i've managed to find one ****** picture showing the outlet side of the charger i think which looks to me so that anwers the question of which side is damaged.
i wish i could afford it PRY4SNO! i've had my Legnum back about 3 weeks now its got a n overheating problem so i took in to a local jap car specialist & look like spending another couple of grand on that i wouldn't be as pissed off if i hadn't just spent £24,000 on it!
