The distance between firewall and windscreen, where steering col mounts and the other side is different. Thus no parts are inter-changeable as far as I am aware, and will require a part to be fabricated from scratch.
The firewall distance between windscreen and firewall may also interfere with the mounting of a LHD dash.
As my conversion is a for a track car, there will be no dash, so not a problem.
I would start with establishing availability and price of a LHD dash, steering rack , LHD driver door card and controls and complete wiring loom, before proceeding further.
